Workbox Wednesday ~ Link-up

Workbox Wednesday

Each Wednesday I post what we have in our Workboxes. So I don't overwhelm myself I alternate each week with Preschool, K/1st grade, 6th grade and our family workboxes.

This week I am featuring Ladybug's K/1 Workboxes:

Photobucket

First up, is her morning work including Calendar and Journal.
Second, we do Religion as a family (Old Testament Lesson 14: Jacob and His Family).
Next, I do BFIAR (Literature) with Monkey but Ladybug likes to join us! This week is We're Going on a Bear Hunt
Then, If the World Were a Village (Social Studies) lapbook (click here for the lapbook pages).
Math Mammoth grade 1 p. 28 is next.
And WriteShop A lesson 3:7 for Writing.
On to BigIQKids.com for Spelling and Math Facts.
Last, but not least, is Reading at ReadingEggs.com.

  1. How do you like reading eggs? We have tried a few free trails, and it didn't seem like C was that into it.  He loves pbskids and nickjr, but I have to make sure he isn't watching shows, lol.

So far she seems to like it. We have click 'n kids too but that was too repetitive for her and I'm not too keen on her using pbskids and nickjr because she gets hooked on the shows! She also seems to like it better than starfall. I guess we will see! ;)

  5. So nice to look into what others are doing for work boxes.  We now use folders as I just didn't have the room for the boxes.  Thanks for sharing on the NOBH
